DEADLINE FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS TO BE TURNED IN IS NOVEMBER 1ST. No exceptions, No matter what your wedding date.  This also includes Storybook and Coffee Table albums which must have final changes submitted by November 1st for delivery by Christmas!

1.  My wedding is over, I have viewed my images and am now ready to order.  How do I place my order?  Simply mail us your list to our Blanchester location at 116 East Main Street, Blanchester, OH 45107.  If your package includes a storybook or coffee table album, send us a list of your favorite 80 to 100 photos and one of our graphic designers will design an album for your approval.  Be sure to include your email address and we will send you a link so you can view it online.   Not sure what comes with your package, look at your copy of your contract.  It will list everything that is included with your package. Your items will ship via Fed/Ex so be sure to include an address where you can sign for a package.  We can ship it to your work address if you would like.  Also include maiden name, wedding date and a phone number.  You CANNOT email, fax or phone in your order - it MUST be mailed or placed online through the online ordering system.  Online ordering is new.  You can now order the loose prints and prints for the parent albums included with packages online.  This way you do not have to mail in your order for those items, the only thing you would need to mail in would be your list of favorites for the main wedding album, all else is ordered online.  Call us at 513-519-0838 for instructions on how to place your order for the items included in your package.

2.  Can I view my images without having to use the viewer CD each time? Yes.  Put your CD in the drive.  Let it start up and then close out of it, but do NOT remove CD from drive.  Next make a folder on your desktop.  Next go to My Computer and locate the drive the CD is in, then right click on that drive and click Open.  You will then see four files, copy those four files then paste those four files into the new folder you made on your desktop.  Once they have copied over all you have to do is double click on photosession to load all of your images.  You no longer need the CD to be able to view them.  You can also copy these four files to CD, if you wish to have another copy of the viewer CD to give to someone.

3.  I want to order additional photographs, how much are they?  How do I order?  Order additional photographs online.  At check out you can crop them how you want, and specify where you want them shipped to. If your event has expired and is no longer online, call us and we will re-post it for you.  You can also mail in your order to our Blanchester location at 116 East Main Street Blanchester OH 45107.  Click here for order form.

4. Credit Card Payments.  Can I make a payment?

You can make a payment towards your account for your eight week payment and your three week payment.  Simply fill out a credit card payment form and mail it to the address on the form.  Credit card payments CANNOT be made over the phone. 

5.  Can I purchase the High Rez DVD now? 

Yes you can purchase that at any time.  The cost is $500.00.  For that you would receive a DVD of all of the images that are on your viewer CD, as you see them.  Any special effects that have been done and are on your viewer CD would also be included on this DVD.  The images are in jpg. format for use with PC.  You can print them, you have full rights to them.  Use payment form to send in your order, or order with the rest of your order.  These images will be on a DVD and not on a CD, as the number of images will be too many to fit on CD.

6.  I have viewed my album online now what do I do? Mail us in the album changes and or approval form.  This way you can let us know how you want your album engraved and where you want it shipped to.  You can also send in any changes that you might want.  For the approval form click here.

7.  How much is an additional parent album?  What other items do you have? Click here for pricelist.

8.  Can I substitute or change any thing in my package?  You can swap your 11x14 for two 8x10's or four 5x7's. 

9.  What about the engagement session? We are starting to see a trend where people don't want or need an engagement session.  All of our packages will allow you to have an engagement session if you need one.  All of our packages except for the ala carte package come with a free 11x14 or two 8x10's from the engagement session.  If you do not want or need an engagement session, you do not lose those photos, you would just get more from the wedding instead.  We do sessions Tuesday and Thursday in Covington, Monday and Wednesday in Bethel and Monday through Thursday in Lebanon and Blanchester.  Some Fridays in Lebanon and Blanchester if we do not have a wedding on that day.  We can do evening appointments.   We never do them on Saturdays, because we have weddings.  We are closed on Sundays.
